World Fighting Alliance CEO Jeremy Lappen Added To Fight Promoter U. Speakers Lineup
NEWPORT BEACH, CA – The sport of mixed martial arts has taken off in 2006, gaining valuable mainstream exposure as it sells out arenas across the United States. One man who has played an integral role in the rise of the sport, not only as the CEO of the WFA organization but as the former manager for some of MMA’s biggest stars is Jeremy Lappen, who has just been added to the star-studded list of speakers who will appear at Fight Promoter University II in Irvine, California from August 23-25..
In addition to his current gig as CEO of the World Fighting Alliance (WFA), which recently put on a well-received show at the Forum in California, Lappen was the founder of Triumph Entertainment, a firm that represented many of MMA’s superstars and a Vice President of Interlight Partners, LLC.
He will cover the topic “Mixed Martial Arts - A Business With A Future” on Thursday morning, August 24th.
Lappen joins award-winning broadcaster Jim Lampley, Hall of Fame promoter and living legend Don Chargin, and Golden Boy Promotions CEO Richard Schaefer, as guest speakers who will teach sessions covering all aspects of the fight business.
