FelKO Promotions Waiting on Chuck Lidell to Respond to Bobby Gunn’s Challenge

Last week, IBC cruiserweight champion Bobby “The Celtic Warrior” Gunn challenged Chuck Lidell to a bare knuckle stand up fight on “The Biggest Radio Show in the World”, which is hosted by Michael Demarco. On the air to hear the challenge was Liddell’s friend and MMA legend Ken Shamrock, who became angry and left the airwaves upon hearing Gunn’s proposal.

Gunn was hoping that the man who claims to be the world’s best striker in Lidell would step up and challenge him. The bout would officially be the first to take place between a boxer and mixed martial artist. David Feldman, of FelKO Promotions, who has hosted many celebrity boxing events, and Bobby’s attorney George Kokkalenios are yet to hear from Team Liddell or UFC representatives. “Bobby is willing to do whatever it takes to get this deal done. I urge those who have not hurt the show to listen and judge for yourself”, said Kokkalenios.

“This is simple”, explained Gunn. “I challenged Chuck Liddell to a stand up, bare knuckle fight, like the old days when John L. Sullivan was around. I am taking about London Prize Fight rules, not the Marquis of Queensbury. To all the MMA fans, I respect your sport but im not talking about boxing gloves”, said the hard punching former IBA world cruiserweight champion. “This would be two gladiators giving the fans a real fight that is worth their money. This is something that people talk about, im willing to do it, are you Chuck?” exclaimed Gunn.

This is getting kinda stale from B Gunn…calling out top name fighters, who he really does not want to fight, and that he has not EARNED the right to fight…and all in the name of having something to write about him cause his fighting skills are not even worth mentioning.
