MMA-ID.com OFFICIALLY SPONSORING CROCOP

Zagreb, Sunday 16 March 2008 – MMA ID is proud to announce a sponsorship deal with top MMA star Mirko “Cro Cop” Filipovic. On DREAM’s inaugural event on March 15 in Tokyo, Cro Cop walked to the ring wearing an MMA ID T-shirt.

“We are proud to get our brand represented by a fighter who’s considered a top class fighter for almost a decade. It’s a fresh start for Cro Cop and an exciting start for our young project. It’s certainly a thrilling experience for MMA fans to see their favorite fighter walking to the ring or cage wearing an MMA ID T-shirt, thusly letting the world know about the site and driving rivers of users to various MMA ID profiles. Mirko has his own profile as well where all kinds of updates related to Cro Cop can be found.”

MMA-ID.com was launched in January 2008 and already counts over 6.000 registered members. In February, 160.000 visitors and 2.3 million page views were counted. MMA-ID.com is the very first social network for MMA fans worldwide.

Next to Cro Cop, other top ranked fighters such as UFC Middleweight Champion Anderson Silva, arguably the best heavyweight in the world Fedor Emelianenko, Jeff Monson, Zelg Galesic and many others have already created their profiles.

MMA ID aims to become world’s leading MMA community website that connects fighters, promoters and fans at one place.
